МОСКВА, 16 апр - РИА Новости. Выброс пепла из вулкана в Исландии не представляет опасности для здоровья россиян и воздушного сообщения в стране, облако может затронуть северный Урал, но в незначительной концентрации, сообщил журналистам глава Минприроды РФ Юрий Трутнев.

Извержение вулкана Эйяфьятлайокудль (Eyjafjallajokull), который находится в 200 километрах к востоку от столицы Исландии Рейкьявика, началось в среду. В атмосферу было выброшено огромное облако пепла, что привело к закрытию воздушного пространства над значительной территорией Северной Европы.

"В рамках прогноза возможно распространение на территории северного Урала, но в незначительной концентрации. Все воздушное сообщение может осуществляться. Опасности для здоровья людей не существует", - сказал министр на праздновании юбилея РГУ им.Губкина.

Трутнев отметил, что пока большая концентрация вулканического облака наблюдается на севере Норвегии.

"В нашу сторону есть следы незначительной концентрации", - сказал он.
